Leveraging the latest CNC machining technologies, we enhance precision blanked and stamped parts with unique, difficult-to-produce features.
Additionally, we manufacture complex assemblies by integrating multiple precision components—most of which are produced in-house at CSS. Our comprehensive manufacturing expertise enables us to deliver sophisticated parts while providing significant cost savings to our customers.
At CSS, our tooling and production teams work in close collaboration, ensuring a smooth transition from development to full-scale production. Projects are managed by our engineering team, with design reviews scheduled at critical milestones. Every phase — from product and tool design to tool build — is tracked through a robust planning and monitoring system to ensure on-time delivery. Additional part treatments and finishing processes are handled either in-house or by trusted supply chain partners.
