CSS employs cutting-edge welding technologies to deliver unmatched quality and precision in metal bonding. We utilize both resistance and laser welding methods to achieve pinpoint accuracy, ensuring seamless integration and flawless assemblies.
- Resistance welding brings workpieces into direct contact, and an electric current is passed through them. The heat generated by the electrical resistance causes the metals to melt and fuse together. There is no significant distance between the heat source (electrodes) and the workpieces.
- Laser welding uses a highly focused laser beam as the heat source. The distance between the laser and the workpiece varies by setup and laser type, but typically ranges from a few millimeters to a few centimeters.
