Fineblanking is a specialized stamping process that produces minimal die roll and an improved sheared edge compared to traditional stamping methods. This advanced technique enables CSS to manufacture parts with intricate features that would normally require secondary operations or exceed the capabilities of standard stamping.

Fineblanked components also offer exceptional part flatness, almost impossible to achieve through conventional processes. Additionally, coining can be integrated, and the process allows for smaller holes positioned closer to the edges of parts, expanding design possibilities.
