CSS employs a skilled team of tool design engineers, most with 25+ years of precision metal stamping experience. Supported by advanced CNC, WEDM, and EDM Sinker machinery, our engineers and technicians can fully produce in-house tooling, as well as CNC production fixtures, staging fixtures, and gauges—ensuring critical processes remain under CSS’s strict control.

Our comprehensive tool-building capabilities cover a wide range of equipment, including Power Press, Fourslide, Multislide, Vertislide, NC-Bihler, and GRM-NC Bihler machines.

CSS’s tooling technology and processes are closely integrated with our quality management systems. Our deep expertise in part and tool design allows us to address even the most complex features with tight tolerances. For these demanding specifications, we use CSS-designed and built CNC fixtures capable of consistently holding tolerances of .001 inches or less.
